Why MechMind exists
Most workshop software still looks and feels like 2005. Desktop installs. Per-seat licences. A training video to find a work order. Independent garages and small chains deserve better.
MechMind is built around outcomes, not feature lists. Every part of the product — day planner, work orders, parts, customer portal, OBD diagnostics — exists to do one of three things: cut callbacks, shorten the time from work done to invoice paid, or make the customer feel looked after. If a feature doesn't move one of those numbers, it doesn't ship.
